Frances “California Raisin” Gaubert, 55, a native of Los Angeles, Ca., and a resident of Lockport, La., died Sunday, June 1.
She is survived by her husband, Sidney Gaubert; mother, Dolores Parra; sons, Rudy Gallardo, Jr. and Jesus Gallardo; daughters, Melissa Hopkins and Valerie Gaubert; sisters, Sally Chapman, Julie Stitchler and Ruth Herrara; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by his father, Frank Parra; and sister, Patsy McCombs.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 5, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of the arrangements.
