Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Frances Reeves Picou, 59, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie (Tommy) LeCompte and Stacey Picou; brother, Roy (Brenda) Reeves; sister, Madeline Reeves Ford; and five grandchildren, Jacob Naquin, Brienne, Isabella and Jeremy Jr. Hebert, and Terry LeCompte.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Sr. and Garnet Blanchard Reeves; and one brother, Jack Reeves Jr.
Special thanks to her neighbors and to the staff of St. Joseph Hospice.
Private services were held with burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
