February 2, 2010Frank “Red Pepper” Manuel III, 58, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Dulac, La., died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010.
Mr. Manuel was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He was an auto mechanic.
He is survived by his mother, Dora Lee Thompson Benton; sons, Frank IV, Enos, Pepper and Brent Manuel and Arthur LeBlanc; daughters, Kandy and Contadina Manuel and Hillary LeBlanc; brothers, David, Randolph and Kevin Manuel; sisters, Mona Cotton, Shelia Smith Owens, Beverly Thomas and Grace Brown; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Manuel Jr.; and grandparents, Arthur and Zenobia Tolbert Thompson, and Frank Sr. and Eva Williams Manuel.
He is buried at Combon Cemetery.
