Freddie “Jake” Howard, 59, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, La. died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 5:40am.
He is survived by one daughter, Christina Nelson; four brothers, Felton Howard and his wife Margaret, Bernie Howard and his wife Carolyn, Joseph Coleman and Charles Coleman and his wife Joyce; two sisters, Earline Howard and Brenda Howard; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Earline Coleman Howard; and six brothers, Elmo, Roland, Lionel, James, John, and Warren Howard.
Freddie was a Baptist.
Visitation is Saturday July 14, 2007 from 9:00am until 11:00am, with the funeral to follow at Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home. He will be buried at St. Luke Cemetery.
