Frederick Taylor, 46, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Hillsboro, Oh., died of lung cancer at Clinton Memorial Hospital Emergency Room in Wilmington, Oh, Saturday, April 19, at 8:24 p.m.

He is survived by his parents, Allen Taylor of Houma and Isabel Resendez Pattison of Bourg, La.; sisters, Carla Margot Bailey and husband Scott of Bourg and Lillianne Caron Douglas and husband Roy of Houma; his nephew and nieces, Ian Joseph Bailey, Hannah Taylor Bailey and Candace Britt Porche and husband David; and his beloved friend, Laura Burton Long.


He had been employed by ABX Air in Wilmington for 19 years where he was an aircraft dispatcher. He thoroughly enjoyed aviation. He started flying at the age of 13 and later received his pilots and helicopter licenses.

A private burial service was held Friday at St. Ann Cemetery in Bourg.

Chauvin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
