Gaynell Major, 45, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Arlington, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012.
She is survived by her mother, Ethel Major; sons, British Major, Clarence Harry Jr. and Joernell Stewart; daughters, Asia Hall and Jolisha Stewart; sisters, Cora (Charles) Triggs and Kathy Major; and brothers, Louis (Diana) and Ricky (Kathy) Major.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Major Sr.; and sister, Shirley Major.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Community Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at Morris Town Benevolent Cemetery, in Raceland. (Community)
