George T. Folse Jr., 89, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Gretna, La., died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010.
Mr. Folse was a retired Jefferson Parish Sewerage Department employee.
He is survived by his son, George T. Folse III (Shanna); siblings, Albert Folse and Olive Leonard; one grandchild, George T. Folse IV; one great-grandchild, Gracie Michelle Folse; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Hebert Folse; parents, George and Marie Folse; and four siblings, Dorothy Marie, Grace Marguerite and Joseph Folse and Ruth Richoux.
He is interred at Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale.
