Gerald C. Danos Sr., 76, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013.
Mr. Danos was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel Danos; son, Gerald Jr. (Tessie) Danos; daughters, Rachel (Evest) Maronge; Jackie Danos and Cindy Calhoun; brother, Harry Danos; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexie and Marie Danos; and brothers, Claude, Randolph and Anthony Danos.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at Holy Savior Catholic Church with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
