Gerald ‘Jerry’ Scott

Gerald “Jerry” Scott, 68, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 11:10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010.

He is survived by his mother, Roberta Boudwin Scott; sons, Jerry, Jimmy and Glynn Scott; daughters, Nita and Rita Scott; brothers Jessie and Henry Jr. Scott; sister, Linda LeBoeuf; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Scott Sr.; and sister, Diane Breaux.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Holy Rosary Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.

Mr. Scott will be buried at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
