Geraldine Rodrigue Chism, 66, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died Sunday, July 10, 2011.
Mrs. Chism was an artist, master seamstress and multi-tasker. She enjoyed activities at her church and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Church. She loved her black Pomeranian “Sugar.”
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Johnny Chism; mother, Annie Wiggins; son, Harold Taylor; daughter, Dawn (Danny) Chiasson; brother, Jeris (Donna) Rodrigue; two grandchildren; and numerous half and step siblings.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Rodrigue.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 13 at Christian Fellowship Church with a service to follow. Burial will be at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
