Gertie Hebert Pipsair, 88, a native and resident of Pierre Part, La., died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012.
Mrs. Pipsair was a retired custodian with the Pierre Part School System, a member of the Council on Aging in Pierre Part, and a member of AARP Pierre Part Chapter.
She is survived by her daughters, Mildred (Daniel) Guillot and Rita (Stanley) Matherne; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arcema Pipsair; brothers, Clarence, Allen, Harry, Louis and Oneal Hebert; sisters, Pauline Cedotal, Edith Crochet and Ezelda Daigle; and one grandchild.
Burial is at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Cemetery in Pierre Part. (Ourso)
