Gladys Zeringue Bilello, 99, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014.
Mrs. Bilello enjoyed sewing and gardening.
She is survived by her son, Larry (Mary) LeBlanc; daughters, Marian (Donovan) Barker and Deanie (Ronnie) Pere’; stepson, A.J. Bilello; stepdaughters, Lena Ledet and Betty Jane Daigle; sisters, Jeanne Luquette, Earline Pitre, Rita Pertuit and Clara Matherne; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alcee LeBlanc; second husband, Charley Bilello; parents, Raoul and Lucia Zeringue; stepsons, Gregory and Leo Bilello; brothers, Clifton, Thompson, Camille, Dennis, Blaise and Malcolm Zeringue; and sisters, Louise Stevens and Laura Dominique.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
