Gloria Mae Theriot, 79, a native and a resident of Houma, Louisiana, died July 9, 2014.
Mrs. Theriot was a free-spirited person, who loved traveling, sewing and spoiling her grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by daughters, Crystal (Stanley “Butch”) Simoneaux, Diane (Jay) Duplantis and Gail Fazzio; brothers, Ashley, Wiltz Theriot (Joyce), Patrick (Henriella) and Mark (Debbie) Theriot; sisters, Catherine (Gerald) Lancaster, Melanie (Larry) Pontiff, Patricia (Adam) Uzee and Cynthia (Roger) Songe; sister-in-law, Eola Theriot; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her former husband, Ray Fazzio; son, Michael Fazzio; parents, Wiltz and Winona Rhodes Theriot; and brother, Russell Theriot, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, at St. Louis Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow.
Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
