Terrebonne’s derelict vessel removal first phase complete

Gwendolyn Ann Hawkins, 56, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died at 1:05 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2011.
She is survived by her mother, Thelma Bill; son, Kevin Hawkins; brothers, Joseph Jr., Sam Sr., David, Michael, Felton and Keith Hawkins; sisters, Linda Brown, Shona Bill, Diana Wilson and Stephanie Daniels; one grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Morgan City Cemetery. (Jones)
