Harold “Pee Wee” Joseph Ardoin Sr., 82, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday, November 12.
He is survived by two sons, Harold J. Ardoin Jr. and wife Marguerite of Houma, and Robert “Bobby” Ardoin and wife Linda of Thibodaux, La.; two daughters, Ruth Ann Pitre and husband Daniel J. of Houma and Hope Gregoire and husband Beau of Thibodaux; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Lillian Hebert Ardoin; his parents, Dallas Jules Ardoin and Sedonia Marie Falterman Ardoin; one son, Michael James Ardoin; one daughter, Patricia Ann Ardoin; two brothers, Bill Ardoin and Chester Ardoin; and one sister, Helen Trahan.
He was a retired deliveryman with Fanguy Brothers and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 15, at Chauvin Funeral Home with a prayer service to follow. He will be buried at St. Elie Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
