Harold “Phillip” Perkins, 68, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA., died Friday, March 30, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Betty” McFadden Perkins; three sons, Joseph “Jay”, Jonathan and Harold “HP” Perkins; one daughter, Gwendolyn “Gwen” Martinez; one brother, Earl Perkins; four sisters, Beatrice Eschette, Dorothy Lirette, Anna Mae LeBlanc and Mary Ann Daigle; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lydia Freeman Perkins; four brothers, Sidney, Willie, William and Paul Perkins; and three sisters, Emma Perkins, Elvinia Rodrigue and Eve Nebel.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
