Harold “Hamroll” J. Plaisance, 68, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Plaisance is survived by his companion, Sonya Dantin; son, Harold Plaisance, Jr.; daughter, Trisha Charpentier; stepchildren, Celaya Bruce, Celeste Callais and Ted Chiasson; sisters, Mary Louise Smith and Shirley Plaisance; and 11 grandchildren.
