Neighbors angered over blight

Harold Lloyd Williams, 67, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010.
Mr. Williams was Catholic and retired from the Terrebonne Parish School Board.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Johnny Williams; mother, Margie Parker Williams; son, Jonathan “Johnny” Matthews; daughter, Grace Ruth Williams; brother, Wendall Williams; and sisters, Carol Jean Legaux and Margie Williams Verret.
He was preceded in death by his father, Webster Williams Sr.; and one brother, Webster Williams Jr.
He is buried at Southdown Cemetery.
