Harry Paul Champagne Sr., 93, a native of Larose, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Monday, March 2, at 6:20 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Alia Danos Champagne; son, Harry Champagne Jr.; daughters, Betty Arabie, Jeannette Coffey, Linda Posey and Judy Champagne; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Lucy Trosclair Champagne; brother, Blaise Champagne; and sister, Winnie Champagne.
He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
