Hazel Marie Foreman, 77, a native of St. Charles Parish and resident of Luling, La., died Wednesday, September 19, 2007, at 8:00 a.m.
She is survived by her two sons, David Foreman and his wife Jan and William Foreman and his wife Paula; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henson Foreman; her parents, Maurice and Eldia Broussard Simon; and one sister, Euna Arceneaux.
Hazel was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling.
Visitation is Friday, September 21, 2007, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at Holy Family Catholic Church. She will be buried in Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale, La.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
