Heather Moore Blanchard, 36, a resident of Franklin, La., died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014.
She is survived by her children, Kortlyn Blanchard, Aden Burgess and Addalyn Truelove; mother and stepfather, Monica and Blair LeBlanc; sister, Misty Moore; brother, Brandon LeBlanc; grandparents, Willis and Bobbie Moore; step-grandparents, Preston and Barbara LeBlanc; and fiancé, T. J. Truelove.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Moore; and grandparents, Columbus and Edna Businelle.
Burial is at Perpetual Park Cemetery. (Ibert’s)
