‘Crimes of the Heart’: Tragedy, laughs

Helen Henry Chiasson, 80, a native of Bourg, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died at 2:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011.
Mrs. Chiasson was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Hubert Joseph Chiasson; son, Ronnie (Pat) Chiasson; daughter, Frances (Allen “Pookie”) Orgeron; brother, Eddie Henry Jr.; four grandchildren, Allison (Chris) Comeaux, Jaime (Lance Griffin) Orgeron, Sarah (Will) Faller and Lauren (Victor) Loraso; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Grace Faller; and four step-great-grandchildren, Lanie and Kylie Comeaux, and Jacon and Abby Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Hazel Rogers Henry; one brother, Leroy Henry; and three sisters, Louella, Jeanne and Tona Henry.
Special thanks to the staff of Terrebonne House and St. Joseph’s Hospice for their care and concern.
She is buried at Holy Savior Catholic Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Association are preferred.
