Henry Lee “Chuckie” Randolph, 56, a native of Terrebonne Parish, LA. and a resident of Houma, LA., died Tuesday, March 20, 2007.


Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007 at St. Luke Baptist Church at 3755 Bayou Black Drive, Houma, LA. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with burial in the Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Druzella C. Randolph; his sons, Agyei Prophet and Akil Phillip Randolph; his daughters, Nyani “John” Morgan, Tina “Marcus” Monroe, Traci “Virgil” Braswell, Kimberly Randolph, Nyesha “Carl” Canty and Kizuwahnde I. Randolph; his brothers, Clarence Randolph, Harold Randolph and Darrell Jefferson; and 6 grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Randolph, Sr. and Olivia Porter Randolph; his brother, Carl Randolph; his sister, Gertie Randolph Scott; and his grandparents, Daniel and Ora Davis Porter and Henry Lee and Octovia Winder Randolph.


He was a baptist and member of St. Luke Baptist Church.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He was a member of the Mason Prince Hall and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

He enjoyed reading, fishing and traveling.

He was a self employed electrician.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
