Hilda B. Coleman

Hilda B. Coleman, 77, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009.

She is survived by her husband, Sylvester Coleman; daughter, Jacqueline “Jackie” Brooks; sons, Lloyd and Lionell Brooks Sr.; sisters, Geraldine Williams and Lucinda Robinson; brother, Royal Brooks; nine grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albertha and Junius Brooks; son, Lawrence Brooks; sisters; Lillie Mae Smith and Gladys Mae Brooks.

Mrs. Coleman was a homemaker.

She is buried at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Napoleonville.
