Downed economy, cold makes hard job tougher

Hilda Guidry Curole, 91, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010.
She is survived by her son, Welton (Glenda) Curole Sr.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Curole; parents, Jean and Artemis Curole Guidry; son, Curtis Curole; brothers, Lorris, Louis, Willie, Whitney and Morrison Guidry; and sister, Lorida Lafont.
She was Catholic.
She is buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Cut Off.
