January 11, 2011Hilda Marcel Robichaux, 92, a native of Schriever, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at noon Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Wiley, Andrew and Larry Robichaux; daughters, Pearl Shultis, Barbara Marchand, Jeannie Molaison, Helen Wolfertz and Nancy Smith; 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Clayon Andrew Robichaux; her parents, Wiley and Adele Babin Marcel; one sister, Velma Chaisson; and two brothers, Aaron and Clifford Marcel.
She is buried at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to TARC in memory of Hilda.
