Homer R. Watts Jr., 58, a native of Thibodaux, La. and resident of Hamilton County, Ind., died Friday, November 9, 2007, at 9:15 p.m.


He is survived by his wife, Shirley Clark Watts; his mother, Rena B. Watts; one son, Nathan Hunter; six daughters, Dawn Barrera and her husband Ramon, Dana Savant and her husband Shane, Adda Penn and her husband Kenneth, Celest Hunter and his fiancée’, Lee French, Elisa Garcia, and Christy Wheeler and her husband Wayne; three brothers, Chris Watts, Wayne Watts, and Donald Watts and his wife Judy; six sisters, Jackie Jackson, Karen LeBoeuf and her husband Pete, Sue-Sue Bollinger and her husband Eric, Melanie Barker and her husband Billy, Kellie Dagenhardt and her husband Bryan, and Wendy Phillips and her husband Mike; and 10 grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his father, Homer R. Watts, Sr.; and one son-in-law, Enrico Garcia.

Homer owned and operated Kem View Pharmacy.

Visitation is Thursday, November 15, 2007, from, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday, November 16, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. He will be buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Raceland.
