Hugh “Whitey” Anthony Louviere, 80, a native of Humphreys, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010.
Mr. Louviere worked for REA Express for 21 years and retired from Trapp Chevrolet after 25 years. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
He is survived by wife Sandra Arceneaux Louviere; sons, Hugh Jr. (Donnell) and Heath (Cathy) Louviere; daughters, Lydia (Mark) Miller and Michelle (Robert) Wheeler; brothers, Herbert and Jerome Louviere; sisters, Ruth Foret and Barbara Romero; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31, at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
