Irene D. Soudelier, 84, a native of Clovelly Farms, La., and resident of Larose, La., died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, 2011.
Mrs. Soudelier was Catholic.
She is survived by her sons, Irvin (Joyce) and Cleveland (Irene) Soudelier; daughters, Elsie Soudelier, Jennifer (Wes) Blankenship and Joy (Pierre) Rock; sisters, Lorraine Soudelier, Gladys Dubois, Mary Molaisson and Leola Adams; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Soudelier Jr.; parents, Etienne and Cecile Dubois; sons, Jeremy, Perry, Joseph and Paul Soudelier; brothers, Eugene, Louis, Edward, Herbert, Gilbert, Etienne Jr. and Edmund Dubois; sisters, Hannah Thibodeaux, Angelina Dubois and Eula Ougel; and one great-grandson.
Burial was at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
