Irene H. Boudreaux, 92, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
She is survived by her son, L.J. (Cecile) Boudreaux; daughters, Marlene (Carl) Eisner and Winona (Lester Jr.) Danos; sisters, Doris Adams, Mildred Albardo, Anna Belle Chaisson, Geraldine and Beverly Boudreaux, Janet Galiano, Gilda Jackson and Sandra Chiasson; brothers, Roland, Andrew, Gerald and Daniel Hebert; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lennus Boudreaux; son, Farold Boudreaux; parents, Andrew and Lydia Hebert; sister, Barbara Clement; and brother Shelly Hebert.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux with mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Samart-Mothe)
