Irene T. Williams, 71, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Los Angeles, Calif., died Tuesday, June 30.
She is survived by one son, Rick Williams of Sacramento, Calif.; two brothers, Rev. Jeff Jackson Jr. and Williard Jackson of Houma; and three sisters, Georgia Mitchell of Houma, Rosa Mae Wallace of Vallejo, Calif., and Frances Hairston of Inglewood, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff Jackson Sr. and Cecile Jackson; two brothers, John Jackson Sr. and Eulis Richard Jackson; and two sisters, Martha Lockett and Cecile “Tate” Jackson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11, at Knox Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles.
Respectance Funeral Home in Los Angeles completed the funeral arrangements.
