Iris Dean Saadi, 91, a native of Arkansas and a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, April 6, at 1:10 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, James P. Saadi and wife Diane of Houma, Michael G. Saadi and wife Debbie of Houma, and Charles R. Mallett and wife Beverly of Raceland, La.; daughter, Miriam Saadi of Mt. Shasta, Ca.; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George J. Saadi; and parents, Sidney Dean and Dorothy Christian Dean.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, and 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, at Chauvin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with burial at St. Francis Cemetery No. 2.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
