Irma Dantin Daigle, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010.

Ms. Daigle was a blessing and a source of inspiration to all that knew her. Her warmth, compassion and loving nature will be sadly missed.


She is survived by her sons, Matthew (Sara), Ivy (Susan) and Paul (Pamela) Daigle; daughters, Martha (Nick) Battaglia, Faye (Randy) Adams and Ann (Marty) Hebert; and nine grandchildren, Melanie Montz, David Gravois, Randi and Tiffany Adams, Lindsey Hebert, Andrew, Catherine and Kelli Daigle and Troy Use’.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond “KeKe” Daigle; parents, Alvin and Inez Goulas Dantin; and one brother, Alvin Dantin Jr.

She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.

The family would like to express its heartfelt gratitude for the loving care given to their mother by Grace, Felicia and Antoinette of Journey Hospice, Father Wilmer Todd and to all her friends and family.
