Ivy Peter “Shine” Liner, 82, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Theriot, La., died Wednesday, July 7, 2010.
Mr. Liner was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Frances “Tuttie” Liner; sons, Kurnest “Snookie” (Patricia) Guidry, Clinton Sr. (Merrill), Randy Sr. (Mary Beth), Ralph (Stacy) and Kevin (Shannon) Liner; daughter, Phyllis (Albert “Buddy”) Liner Dugas; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford John and Bernadette Lirette Liner; son, Martin “Cat” Guidry; brothers, Edward Sr. and Luke Liner; and sisters, Eunice Liner Blanchard and Eulice Liner Guidry.
He is buried at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery.
