A fitting end: Trosclair goes out as one of the greats at Memphis

Jackie “Jack” Lloyd Womack, 80, passed away surrounded by his loving family on June 14, 2018. He was a native of Hodge, LA and resident of Houma, LA.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lucille Womack; sons, Samuel D. Womack and wife Denise, Joel E. Womack and wife Kelli; sisters, Melba S. Thrift and husband Stanley, and Mary Ann Miller. Jack adored and loved all his 13 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Jack was a loving husband and father. Jack loved to hunt and fish, but most of all he adored his family and loved his grandchildren. He was a member of Temple of Praise, The Terrebonne Fellowship Lodge, and the CR Hunting Club. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, always loved, and never forgotten.
The Womack family would like to thank Dr. Richard Haydel, the staff of Haydel Memorial Hospice, and his sitter, Sandra Swan for all their love, care, and compassion.
