T’bonne levee district inks LDWF agreement for J-2
February 23, 2010James “Jim” Martin Sr., a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Fertitta Martin; sons, James Jr. (Donna) and David (Stephanie) Martin; sister, Mary (Larry) St. Germain; and four grandchildren, Chris, Ben, Lexi and Riley Martin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Mary Martin; and brother, John “Roy” Martin.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Thibodaux. A Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Mr. Martin will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
