Ja’Myrin “Myrin” Preston, 10, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Friday, July 26, 2013.
Ja’Myrin was a student at Napoleonville Elementary School.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kristen Preston and Cody Nelson; father, Clifford Harris; foster father, Corey Holly; grandparents, Cynthia Wiggins and Clifford Sr. and Bernice and Harris; and several brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Claiborne Preston Sr.
Visitation will be 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, at Williams & Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at St. Paul Baptist Church in Napoleonville with services to follow. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Napoleonville. (Williams & Southall)
