Jaurkeysia Samyia Gash, infant, a native and resident of Patterson, La., died Friday, Aug. 14, at Lafayette Women and Children’s Hospital.
She is survived by her mother and father, Lekeisha Gash and Jaurell Encalade, both of Patterson.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, at Twin City Funeral Home in Morgan City, La., with interment at Morgan City Cemetery.
Twin City Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
