Jean Joseph Rassat, 64, a native of Convent, La., and resident of Centerville, La., died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011.
Mr. Rassat was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and going to the camp.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashlea Rassat; brothers, Donnie and Phil Sinitiere; sister, Cathy Black; and granddaughter, London Rassat.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Hallea Rassat, father, Felix Rassat; mother, Dorothy Sinitiere; and stepfather, Calvin Sinitiere.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27 at Ibert’s Mortuary with memorial services to follow. (Ibert’s)
