Jeanne B. Breaux

Jeanne B. Breaux, 89, a native and resident of Raceland, La., was entrusted to God’s loving care Friday, June 26.

She is survived by her sons, Lynn M. Breaux and wife Janet “Chee-Chee”, and Robert “Bobby” J. Breaux and wife Charlene K.; daughters, Yvonne B. Dufrene and husband Garland, Katherine B. Allemand, Evelyn B. Arcement and husband Michael, and Janice B. Lepine and husband Aaron; sisters, Mathilde Orgeron and Marie Allemand; eight grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Breaux Jr.; parents Leo and Marie Matherne Breaux; son, Allen J. Breaux; brothers, Gracien, Harvey, Tony and Gustan Breaux; sisters, Albertine Domingue, Rosa Hebert, Cecile Dufrene, Mercedes Delatte, Emma Molaison and Bernadette Adams; and grandchildren, Aaron Breaux, Rusty Arcement and Mary Beth Allemand.

Mass was Monday, June 29, at St. Hilary Catholic Church with burial at the church cemetery.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
