Jeffrey “Jeff” Michael Hebert, 23, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Bourg, La., died at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday, May 14.
He is survived by his father, Mark Hebert of Bourg; his mother, Phyllis Callais Veronie of Houma; brother, Joshua Hebert and wife, Kristy, of Bourg; and his grandparents, Ron and Jackie Bartels, Carol Hebert and Philip and Toni Callais.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Pat Hebert.
He was a cook at Wendy’s. He loved to hunt, fish and play music. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at St. Ann Catholic Church with a memorial service to follow.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
