John Antoine Adams Sr., 86, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Larose, La., died Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elma Adams; sons, John Jr. and Chris (Star) Adams; and daughters, Louella Adams and Laura (Eric) Willbey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alcide Sr. and Elmire Adams; brothers, Alcide Jr., Dominick, Horace, Alces and Dudley Adams; and sisters, Annie Fonseca, Bella Eschete, Jean Barrilleaux and Daisy Bourgeois.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Larose. (Samart-Mothe)
