John Witt

John Lawrence Witt, 58, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:36 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, 2010.

Mr. Witt was a foreman for Felicity and Company and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. He was a retired Platoon Sergeant with the Army Reserve and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his sisters, Linda Stiltner and Bonnie (John) Jones; and nieces, Bridget and Stephanie Stiltner.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Enoch Henry and Marion Clement Witt; and sister, Joannie Witt.
