Johnnie Greene, 58, a native of Townsend, Ga., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, Dec. 12, 2011.
Mr. Greene was a retired offshore worker.
He is survived by his devoted friend, Lanetta Duplantis; son, Jarvis Greene; stepson, Antonio Habershome; sisters, Inez Evans, Helen Woods and Peggy and Debra Green; brothers, Arthur Lee and Sam, Johnathan, Michael and James Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Vernel Greene; two brothers; and two sisters.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 17, at Brunswick Funeral Home in Townsend. (Williams & Southall)
