Joseph Edward LeBoeuf, 81, a native of Montegut, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died Friday, July 15, 2011.
Mr. LeBoeuf was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. He was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his sons, Wiley Sr., Raymond (Vickie), Willard Sr. (Dianna), Gillis, Ricky, Richard (Roxana), Timmy, Tommy, Jimmy (Stella), Hansen (Donna), and Jerry (Sheryl) LeBoeuf; daughters, Mary (Jessie) Lambas, Mary (Paul) Billiot, Linda (Marty) Naquin, Brenda (Michael) Rodrigue and Betty (Richard Jr.) Mills; brothers, Emery Sr., Ernest, Wilfred Jr. and Ellis LeBoeuf Jr.; sisters, Alida Darcey, Rena Price and Lorina Boudreaux; 45 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and five step-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary LeBoeuf; parents, Ellis and Rozina LeBoeuf; son Edward LeBoeuf Jr.; daughter, Mary LeBoeuf; brothers, Eray Sr. and Arie LeBoeuf Sr.; sister, Wilda Lirette; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
