Joseph Francis Haddad,Sr., 92,a native and resident of Houma, La., died June 5, at 1:09 p.m.
He is survived by sons, Joseph F. Haddad, Jr., and wife Hazel, Deacon Gregory A. Haddad, and wife Karen of Houma, La.; grandchildren, Troy Haddad, Alison Anderson, George Haddad, Ellen Landry, Elizabeth Tillet, Geoffrey Haddad and Ginger Falgout; great-grandchildren, Carrie and Courtney Falgout, Christian and Mikayla Haddad, Ella Haddad Tillet, Tyler and Brandon Anderson, Danielle, Louis and Gabriel Haddad, and Isabelle Landry; step-great-grandchildren, Austn Doise, Adriana Landry, and Austin Tillet.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louella Marie Pellegrin Haddad; parents, George and Florida Mohanna Haddad; brothers, Anthony Haddad and Stephen Haddad; sisters, Marguerite Haddad DeWolfe, Sr. Dolores Haddad M.S.C., and Lily Haddad Davis.
He was the owner of Joe Haddad Electric Co. and a WWII Veteran of the Army Air Corps. He was a parishioner of St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Church and Maria Immaculata Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m Monday, June 8, and 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Chauvin Funeral Home with Liturgy of the Word to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis II Cemetery.
