Joseph Louviere

Joseph “Jessie” Louviere Sr., 100, a native of Gheens, La., and resident of Paradis, La., died at 8:37 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2010.

Mr. Louviere is survived by sons, David (Cheryl) and Joseph (Sylvia) Louviere Jr.; daughters, Mary Gros, Peggy Sanchez and Naomi (Harry) Griffin; sister, Stella Champagne; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Donations to the family are preferred in lieu of flowers.

He is buried at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Des Allemands, La.
