Joseph Verdin

Joseph Gary Verdin, 64, a native of Dulac, La., and Grand Isle, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010.

He is survived by his sons, Brian (Victoria), Bobby, and Gary (Daisy) Verdin; daughters, Mathilda (Ross) Ross and Katrina (Sidney Jr.) Theriot; brothers, Allen, Joseph S., Tommy, Timmy and Jimmy Verdin; sister, Lucretia Egbi; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Marie Gregoire Verdin; one brother, John Paul Verdin; and two sisters, Theresa Lee and Patricia Verdin.

Private services will be held at a later date.
