Joseph Wilson LaCoste, 88, a resident of Morgan City, La., died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013.
Mr. LaCoste loved spending time outdoors on the water. He was a very special and loving grandfather and enjoyed spending time telling jokes to whomever would listen. He was always fun to be around and will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife, Florence LaCoste; son, Carl (Jan) LaCoste; daughter, Katherine (Woodrow Jr.) Oubre; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Rosella LaCoste; brother, Murphy LaCoste; and sister, Lucille Barrilleaux.
Interment is at Morgan City Mausoleum. (Twin City)
