June 27, 2014Juan O’Neil May, 45, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Arlington, Texas, died Sunday, June 22, 2014.
Mr. May was a U.S. Marine veteran and member of True Vine Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a 1987 graduate of Terrebonne High School and he attended the University of New Orleans. He was an upstanding citizen and a pillar in his community. He was a devout Christian, loyal friend, devoted and loving brother, wonderful son and loving and generous father.
He is survived by his parents, Henry and Linda May; son, Jordan May; daughters, Jasmine and Ava May; and sister, Jindia (Donnell) Blount.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nathaniel and Suie Marshall.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 27, at Community Funeral Home with services to follow at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28. Burial will be at St. Luke Cemetery. (Community)
